Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 3/4 to join our team in Promontory, UT. This role focuses on developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule to meet program objectives and ensure integrated schedules across the program.

The position requires experience with IMS scheduling software, EVM practices, and strong scheduling analytics. Top Secret clearance is required for this role, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Level 3 requires a Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience or a Master's with 3+ years; Level 4 requires a Bachelor's with 8+ years or a Master's with 6+ years; can consider 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software (MS Project, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Kidasa Milestones, Deltek, SSI Tools).
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to implement on programs with varying contract types.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Implement scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, IPMDAR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS).
• Perform Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Monitor Schedule Health Metrics and provide weekly status and reporting.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR).
• Other duties as assigned.
