Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our Linthicum, MD team. The role involves detailed schedule, resource, and cost analysis across multiple programs, plus development of the Integrated Master Schedule to meet objectives.

Level 3 requires 5+ years of planning experience (or 3+ with a Master’s) and Level 4 requires 8+ years (or 6+ with a Master’s). An active Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required at application time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree with related field experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
• 5+ years (Level 3) or 8+ years (Level 4) of professional scheduling experience.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure horizontal and vertical integration.
• Interface with functional and supplier teams and program managers.
• Provide weekly status and reporting; conduct IBR and JSR audits.
• Implement scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, EVMS, SRA).
