Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at levels 2 or 3. The role focuses on detailed schedule, resource, and cost analysis across multiple programs and contracts in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ.

You will interface with cross-functional teams, develop the Integrated Master Schedule, and implement EVMS and other best practices while preparing weekly status reports and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Consideration of an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and Program/Project Managers.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Implement scheduling best practices prescribed by industry (DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, CCP).
• Provide weekly status and reporting.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR).
