Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Staff Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 5) in Roy, UT to support SDS Division. You will manage the integrated master plan and ensure cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance and manufacturing.

The role requires 12+ years (or equivalent) of program scheduling experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and travel ~10%. Relocation assistance may be available and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related professional experience, or Master’s with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance (Secret).
• Experience with P6 Primavera Environment and related tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including macros/VBA.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures cross-functional integration across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis, and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, earned value management and related techniques to measure progress.
