Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our Linthicum, MD team. The role focuses on detailed IMS development, schedule integration, and performance analysis across multiple programs and contracts.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare baselines, conduct IBR/JSR activities, and apply EVMS and DPMA guidelines to ensure on-time delivery while supporting a dynamic defense mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in program planning and scheduling.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in program planning and scheduling.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to leadership.
• Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet objectives.
• Implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, and CPS analyses.
• Provide weekly status and reporting; conduct IBR and JSR audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
