Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 2 or 3 in the Dulles, VA area. You will analyze schedules, resources, and costs across programs and present recommendations to leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) of scheduling experience and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and various scheduling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant scheduling experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3 in program/project planning and scheduling.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; strong PC skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Make recommendations to solve problems and present to leadership.
• Interface with multiple functional and supplier teams and the Program/Project Manager.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Implement scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, CPA, SRA).
• Provide weekly status and reporting; conduct IBR and JSR audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
