Qualifications

• Develop logistic support requirements and link functions across missions.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles; ITIL certification preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical and financial data into clear, actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident and performance management with dashboards (latency, throughput, uptime).
• Prioritize, document, and track incidents from initiation to resolution or workaround.
• Evaluate performance data and corrective actions to prevent service degradation.
• Maintain CMDB for all hardware, including satellite dishes and SIM cards; audit inventory.
• Track cloud consumption and bandwidth against budgets; prepare advisory reports.
• Lead stand-up of new services; coordinate vendor handoffs; develop SOPs and runbooks.
