Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking an Operations Liaison responsible for coordinating satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services. You will drive service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and precise documentation.

Core duties include incident and performance management, asset inventories, cost control, and developing SOPs to ensure operational readiness and smooth service deployments. A bachelor’s degree and ITIL experience are preferred.

Key responsibilities include incident and performance management, overseeing alerts and metrics; logistics and asset management, maintaining accurate hardware inventories; financial oversight, tracking cloud usage and advising on cost-saving measures; and leading operational readiness by supporting service deployment and developing SOPs.

Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required.
