Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an Operations Liaison to serve as the primary operational interface for end-to-end lifecycle management of satellite, cellular, and cloud services. You will monitor performance, manage assets, and maintain SOPs to ensure service readiness for the warfighter, while handling logistics and financial oversight.

Role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US Citizenship; travel around 25% will be required to support incident management and service readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL preferred.
• Strong budget oversight and cost management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate data.
• Knowledge of logistics management concepts and documentation.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and reporting metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident and performance management, prioritise and document incidents from start to finish.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware assets (satellite dishes, SIM cards) and perform regular audits.
• Track cloud consumption and bandwidth against budgets; prepare advisory reports on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and validate deployments.
