SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a primary operational liaison responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services, ensuring service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and thorough technical documentation supporting warfighter capabilities.

The role requires 25% travel, an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, and US citizenship. The incumbent will support logistics, incident management, and operational readiness, while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business, or related field.
• Experience developing logistics support requirements and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITSM concepts and ITIL is preferred.
• Strong financial oversight, budgeting, and cost-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Performance Management: oversee alerts, dashboards, and incident queue.
• Logistics & Asset Management: maintain CMDB and perform regular audits.
• Financial Oversight & Advisory: track cloud usage and advise on cost savings.
• Operational Readiness & Transition: stand up new services and develop SOPs/runbooks.
