Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management, Library Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Foundational certification in Knowledge Management or Information Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review knowledge management databases to improve information flow and accessibility.
• Migrate content to centralized platforms and perform routine audits.
• Prepare reports on KM system usage and provide user support.
• Support population of mission-specific knowledge bases for regional hubs.
• Assist in developing automated workflows for logistics and infrastructure reporting.
• Monitor regional portals to bridge knowledge gaps impacting theater readiness.
• Take direction and mentorship from senior staff.
