Job summary

Avalore seeks a Knowledge Manager to design, implement, and govern the War Data Platform's KM system, creating a centralized, government-approved knowledge repository as the program's single source of truth.

This role enforces content standards and taxonomies, develops user guides and SOPs, collaborates with leads and trainers, and continually improves knowledge flow and usability across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and eligible to work in the U.S.
• SECRET security clearance required
• MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills
• Experience with knowledge management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the KM system for the War Data Platform.
• Establish governance, content standards, taxonomies, and lifecycle procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, guides, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with technical leads, PMs, and trainers to translate complex concepts.
• Improve searchability, usability, and knowledge flow based on feedback.
