Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager to design, implement, and manage the Knowledge Management system for the War Data Platform (WDP). This role will establish a centralized, government-approved repository serving as the program’s single source of truth.

You will set governance, taxonomies, version control, and lifecycle processes, and develop self-service resources including SOPs, guides, FAQs, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for all levels.
• SECRET security clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the KM system as the single source of truth.
• Develop governance, standards, taxonomies, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, guides, SOPs, FAQs, and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and training specialists to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
• Improve documentation usability based on user feedback.
