Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II certification (DCWF 451).
• 2+ years of desktop support or system support in an enterprise IT environment.
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Army Gold Master images proficiency.
• AESMP/ITSM ticketing systems and incident response proficiency.
• Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of Information Management Officer (IMO) and Telephone Management Officer (TCO).
• Provide support for Microsoft Outlook users, troubleshoot software, and resolve hardware issues.
• Administer remote access systems and support VDI client systems.
• Troubleshoot and install VDI, Nortel/Cisco VOIP devices.
• Receive, review, and respond to IT service requests via AESMP/ITSM.
• Provide labor for installation, patching, and updates of desktop systems.
• Configure end-user systems and network devices per Army security policies.
• Support VIP users and track corrective actions within two business days.
• Create and update SOPs and technical documents for review.
• Generate weekly ticket activity and resolution reports.
