Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience providing help desk support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Security clearance: must be eligible for a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Perform daily administration of computers and software; assist in user management.
• Monitor security appliances and apply patches; manage antivirus on networked systems.
• Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution; train users on proper use of USAF systems.
