Reliance Test & Technology, LLC is seeking a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST at Eglin AFB, FL to deliver end-user help desk support, manage accounts, apply patches, and maintain cybersecurity requirements in a DoD environment.

Candidates must have CompTIA Security+ within 60 days, 2+ years of help desk experience, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and be able to perform workstation rebuilds. On-site role with Secret clearance eligibility and strong customer service skills.

Competenze

2+ years of experience in providing help desk support
CompTIA Security+ certification required within 60 days
Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Able to perform workstation rebuilds and research new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret information

Mansioni

Provide help desk support to end users across hardware and software issues
Perform daily administration of computers and software; manage user accounts
Monitor security appliances and apply patches; maintain cybersecurity requirements
Train users on proper use of USAF computer systems and document progress
Ensure timely resolution by tracking and escalating issues as needed
Maintain system documentation and deploy Air Force SDC images to new machines
Collaborate with a team to support DoD mission objectives
