Qualifications

• Content exam and Science of Teaching Reading requirements met, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to district instruction philosophy and develop lesson plans with written preparation evidence.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for differences in student learning styles and align to TEA guidelines.
• Conduct assessments of student learning styles and use results to plan instructional activities; work with special education staff on IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff to set instructional goals and supervise teacher aides and volunteers; use technology to enhance teaching/learning.
