Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to district philosophy; develop and implement lesson plans.
• Prepare lessons reflecting accommodations for different learning styles; follow TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning styles and plan activities; modify curricula for IEPs as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to determine goals and supervise aides/volunteers; use technology to bolster learning.
• Maintain open communication with parents, students, principals and teachers.
