Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Must be able to operate MHE and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging, and shipping per SOPs; verify paperwork.
• Ensure product and order accuracy; maintain quality control per procedures.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and ISO standards; participate in safety meetings.
