Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in logistics, forklift certification, and proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Forklift certification or training completed.
• Ability to operate MHE in a warehouse environment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging of shipments per SOPs.
• Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers is accurate.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in the warehouse.
• Direct operations team and coordinate schedules and payroll hours.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
