Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Team Lead for 2nd shift at our New Berlin, WI site. You will coordinate warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires leadership of warehouse associates, mentorship, and hands-on management of shipping/receiving tasks, with a focus on meeting customer demands and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Must be able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for staff.
• Oversee unloading, loading, and staging of shipments per procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prepare activity reports.
