Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead for 2nd shift in New Berlin, WI. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping/receiving, and mentor associates to meet performance targets.

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality compliance, and accurate paperwork while maintaining productivity and strong customer service. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE (forklift, etc.).
• Forklift certification or training completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations and staff.
• Mentor and train associates on SOPs and safety.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain records.
• Assist in scheduling and shift coverage.
