Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Team Lead for a 3-day shift (4 a.m. to 4 p.m.). You will coordinate and oversee warehouse operations, training, shipping/receiving, and safety with a focus on accuracy and productivity.

You will mentor staff, enforce SOPs, operate MHE, verify inventory, and support supervisors with staffing and scheduling while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, picking, and quality control per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient loading/unloading of shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
