Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist-Team Lead for the night shift at the USA - West Branch site. You will mentor staff, manage shipping/receiving, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound flows, operating forklifts, and ensuring accurate paperwork. A forklift certification and 1 year of logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unloading and staging of inbound shipments and order picking for outbound shipments.
• Load orders accurately according to doors and trailers.
• Follow SOPs for all shipping/receiving/picking functions.
• Research discrepancies in shipping and receiving processes.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates on SOPs and safety.
