Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Stockton, CA to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will oversee production operations, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement on the second shift.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supervision, with strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP and SPCs, and the ability to read blueprints. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP and SPCs.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Proven leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team during the second shift.
• Ensure SOP and GMP adherence at all times.
• Oversee SPC implementation and data analysis for improvements.
• Read blueprints and technical docs to ensure accuracy.
• Hold regular team meetings and coach staff.
• Promote safety and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other shifts and management for smooth transitions.
• Address issues and resolve conflicts during the shift.
