Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Stockton, CA to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team. This permanent, full-time role requires ensuring production operations run smoothly on the second shift, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in supervision, strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and SPC, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP and SPC.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production team on the 2nd shift.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP and SPC practices.
• Oversee SPC data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accuracy.
• Hold regular team meetings, provide feedback and develop staff.
• Coach new hires and support ongoing team development.
• Coordinate with other shifts and management for smooth transitions.
• Address issues and conflicts during the shift.
• Promote a safety-first culture and enforce safety protocols.
