Job summary

CEO Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. The role oversees a large manufacturing team across multiple lines, driving safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, resolve operational roadblocks, and implement Lean principles on the floor. Requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and a bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing with a track record in high-speed, high-volume environments and at least 2 years in supervision.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in technical or business field.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
• Technical & Operational Knowledge: Production machinery, assembly processes, and workflow optimization.
• Lean/6S: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or 6S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 2nd shift manufacturing team.
• Monitor line productivity and staffing to meet targets.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement performance metrics and improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot advanced equipment issues and drive root cause solutions.
