Job summary

Flex is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor in Milpitas, CA to lead manufacturing operations on a shift and drive volume, quality and cost goals.

Reporting to the manager, this role directs a team, coaches operators, prioritizes schedules, and troubleshoots operational issues in a highly technical environment. Shift hours are 2 pm–11 pm, Monday to Friday, with focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in addition to 3+ years of operations experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Strong communication, data entry, and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations on a shift or group of lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Lead a team of professionals to ensure line success and coach performance.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and drive process improvements and cost reduction.
• Prioritize production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency and material supply.
• Ensure safety, compliance and a clean, efficient work environment.
