Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor in San Jose to lead a fast-paced production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train and direct entry-level workers, ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met, and maintain inventory while upholding safety policies.

The role blends management responsibility with hands-on leadership, focusing on OSHA compliance, safety culture, and driving bottom-line results for the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our shifts
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
• Hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results
