Job summary

EHOB is seeking a Production Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN to lead day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise roughly 80–100 production and temporary employees, train staff, and ensure safe, efficient material flow on the production floor.

You will work closely with Operations leadership and Human Resources to sustain productivity, quality and a positive workplace culture. The role is non-exempt and requires active floor involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years as a team leader, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 80–100 production employees and temporary staff.
• Strong leadership and operational coaching on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient production and material flow.
• Oversee training and performance of staff; support hiring, discipline and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Operations leadership and HR to maintain productivity, quality and a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize WMS to manage work orders, staging, line clearance and order fulfillment.
• Monitor throughput, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in safety and quality.
