LHH is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN for a direct-hire position with a warehousing and distribution client. You will lead a warehousing team, oversee operations, and drive process improvements to support growth.

The role offers a compensation range of $67,000–$70,000 per year plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations supervision in warehousing/distribution.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie).
• Experience resolving safety-related issues and recordables.
• Ability to maintain high level of detail and integrity.
• Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels to drive priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all site operations during your shift.
• Coordinate activities for timely distribution to customers.
• Manage storage, inventory, and distribution of finished goods.
• Perform daily cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
• Drive ROI through operational performance and projects.
• Administer performance management program.
• Identify training resources to support staff development.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance with policies.
