Job summary

EHOB, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will oversee a shift of 80-100 workers, coordinate machine setup, and ensure safe, accurate material flow with WMS support.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, performance management, and collaboration with Operations and HR to maintain productivity and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive experience in team leadership or equivalent.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals; write reports; present to groups.
• Forklift and Cherry Picker certification is required.
• Strong communication, hand-eye coordination, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 80-100 production employees and temporary staff on the floor.
• Set up, assign, and monitor machines and workstations based on production needs.
• Train employees on machine operation and certify completion of training.
• Oversee production scheduling, material requirements, and inventory activity (WMS).
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and quality standards on the floor.
