Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in production, manufacturing, or operations with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to hit production goals.

  • Understanding of lean, 5S, or continuous improvement (preferred).
  • Excellent communication with line workers and leadership.
  • Familiarity with production/ERP software and basic reporting tools.

We're looking for an experienced Production Lead to take ownership of daily operations on our production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a team focused, a line running, and a schedule on track — all while never losing sight of safety and quality.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
