Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a Workforce Operations Supervisor for the Muncie, IN facility. The role oversees 2nd-shift staffing, attendance, timekeeping, and employee support, partnering with client supervisors to address staffing and production challenges.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in staffing operations or manufacturing supervision, with strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as UKG.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in staffing operations, manufacturing supervision, workforce coordination, HR/employee relations, or production leadership.
• Experience supporting or managing a high-volume workforce.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily headcount, scheduling, and shift coverage to support production needs.
• Monitor attendance/timekeeping and maintain accurate workforce records.
• Serve as 2nd-shift contact for employees and respond to questions/concerns.
• Coach employees and support performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with client supervisors on staffing updates and operational challenges.
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Maintain documentation and support safety and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
