EHOB is seeking a Production Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN to lead day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise roughly 80–100 production and temporary employees, train staff, and ensure safe, efficient material flow on the production floor.
You will work closely with Operations leadership and Human Resources to sustain productivity, quality and a positive workplace culture. The role is non-exempt and requires active floor involvement.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising day‑to‑day manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate production and material flow. This role provides hands‑on leadership on the production floor, oversees employee training and performance, manages inventory and WMS‑driven workflows, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor works closely with Operations leadership and Human Resources to maintain productivity, quality, and a positive workplace culture.
This position is non‑exempt and requires active involvement in floor-level operations.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 10+ years as a team leader, related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
