Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build premium windows and doors in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience is required; we provide hands-on training and raise opportunities after six months.

Roles include drilling, measuring, and assembling parts with equipment, following on-screen instructions, and collaborating with supervisors to overcome challenges. Shifts require overtime; starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with evenings at $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
