Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, assembling windows, reading computer-based instructions, and collaborating with the supervisor to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Read and follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
