Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build quality windows and doors in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience is fine because we offer hands-on training and growth opportunities.

The role involves assembling parts, following instructions on a computer, and partnering with a supervisor to resolve issues quickly. Shifts include daytime and evening options with overtime; starting pay is competitive and daily benefits begin on day one including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks on the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with team members to keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products following instructions.
• Follow visual and written computer-guided instructions to gather parts.
• Collaborate with supervisor to address mechanical or material issues quickly.
• Crosstrain across multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
