Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in the United States to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. The role involves building windows, using basic hand tools and automated equipment, and working across shifts with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earnings.
