Marvin is seeking a production associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You’ll be trained across the role, building windows and supporting continuous improvements in a team-oriented environment.

Shifts include overtime and pay ranges from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour, with full benefits from day one and paid time off. This role offers growth opportunities within a family-owned window and door company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
