Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate in a climate-controlled facility in the United States. You will be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success from day one, building windows with safety as a top priority.

The position involves operating tools and automated equipment, following computer-based instructions, and collaborating with teammates. You will cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earning potential, with mandatory overtime on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
