Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will be trained across roles to set you up for success while building windows with safety as a top priority. Roles include assembling parts, reading instructions, and collaborating with your supervisor to solve mechanical issues.

Shifts require overtime; pay ranges from $18.50–$22.50 per hour depending on schedule. Benefits include health coverage from day one, PTO, and built-in pay raises after six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
