Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join its window and door manufacturing team in a climate-controlled facility. You will be trained in all aspects of the role and set up for success from day one, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, read instructions on a computer screen, and collaborate with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues. The schedule offers different shifts with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
