Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in Duluth, MN to help assemble doors and windows in a clean, temperature controlled facility. No experience required—hands-on training and career growth are offered.

Expect a fast-paced environment with overtime and opportunities to move across departments. You’ll work with automated equipment, follow visual and written instructions, and collaborate with your supervisor to address mechanical challenges.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
