Link Snacks, a Wisconsin-based meat snacks producer, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a shift of production workers and ensure safe, high-quality outputs. You will oversee staffing, training, safety, quality, and production data, driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with SQF, HACCP, and FIFO practices in a fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 years Lead experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred in food manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of Production Workers and their daily activities.
• Provide leadership/direction to the team and ensure food safety and quality procedures.
• Staffing: interview, hire, train, and manage attendance; counsel and coach team members.
• Enforce safety rules; report accidents; manage hazard analysis and sanitation procedures (HACCP, SSOP).
• Drive productivity: monitor downtime, inventory control, and weekly requisitions; improve processes.
• Communicate with peers and leaders; coordinate department activities and shift handovers.
