Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Formulation, Raw, & Processing team within Operations. You will lead daily production, ensure food safety, quality, and adherence to HACCP/SSOP, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your role includes staffing, training, attendance, timekeeping, and coordinating across departments to meet production goals on a Monday-Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in lead roles.
• Preferred 2 years supervisory experience in food/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of production workers and manage daily activities.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and HACCP/SSOP compliance.
• Staffing, training, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Schedule management: Mon–Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm.
• Coordinate safety, housekeeping, and product quality.
