Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will prepare and process raw material for cooking and package finished product for shipment, following GMPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires following production schedules, maintaining quality, operating equipment, and documenting procedures in a fast-paced plant setting. You will work with a team to ensure on-time, accurate production output.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform repetitive functions.
• Must adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Must be able to accept direction from Department Leads and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
• Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
