Oberto Snacks Inc. in Kent, Washington, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the 1st Shift Processing and Sausage Production Team.

You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability on the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met while coaching a diverse crew. You’ll manage labor, downtime, and waste, maintain HACCP/GMP/SSOP compliance, and partner with maintenance, quality, and operations to resolve issues quickly.

Formación

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in food/meat manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP)
• Experience managing labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational metrics

Responsabilidades

• Lead the 1st Shift Processing & Sausage Production Team to meet production schedules
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP and food safety standards
• Manage production results, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory and waste
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment care initiatives
• Train employees and support a diverse, multilingual workforce
• Maintain accurate production and ERP system records
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality and Operations to resolve issues quickly
