Job summary

Link Snacks, a Wisconsin-based meat snack company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a weekend nights shift and manage production, safety, and quality.

You will supervise staffing, training, and daily operations, enforce GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance, and drive continuous improvements while coaching team members for high performance. This role offers a plant-floor leadership position with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and 1+ years lead experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing, including interviewing and hiring.
• Implement and monitor training plans and required trainings.
• Direct daily activities to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost goals.
• Evaluate performance, conduct reviews, address conflicts, and manage timekeeping.
• Ensure quality products and adherence to productivity goals and cost standards.
• Perform production paperwork, receiving and inventory control with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and leaders.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and people issues and drive improvements.
