Jack Link’s Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of production workers on the 2:30 pm – 1:00 am shift.

You will ensure staffing, training, and adherence to food safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced plant environment. You will monitor safety, scheduling, inventory, and production paperwork; drive continuous improvement, enforce GMPs, and coach staff to meet targets while controlling costs.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing with 1–3 years of lead experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of production workers and daily activities to meet department needs.
• Provide leadership and ensure food safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Staffing, interviewing, hiring, and ongoing training of team members.
• Monitor safety rules, incident reporting, and HACCP/SSOP compliance.
• Maintain timekeeping accuracy, conduct reviews, and manage performance.
• Oversee production paperwork, inventory control, and weekly requisitions.
• Drive CI efforts, implement FIFO, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross-department communication and shift handoffs.
